Like Totokaka, Tora rarely uses the verbal colloquiums that the majority of her clan commit to. She is not exempt from the rule, however, and will occasionally indulge herself in the pleasure. A further difference to other Kaka is that Tora is remarkably intelligent. She is fairly educated in the world she lives in, and uses said intelligence to guide Tao along the correct path, albeit this struggles to go according to plan.

Biography
A former guardian of the Kaka village in the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi, Torakaka is renowned for her strength in the Kaka clan, but left to pursue different missions tasked to her. She is well acquainted with Valkenhayn R. Hellsing, Nago, and Gii of the Alucard Clan as she often brings them exotic teas from afar to please Rachel herself.
Unlike the other Kaka’s of her clan, Tora is aware of the dangerous happenings in the world, and presently guides Taokaka to help her become stronger.
Continuum Shift
Tora met Iron Tager on the outskirts of Kagutsuchi as she was assigned the duty of guiding Platinum the Trinity from her home in Ikaruga Federation to the Hierarchical City by Jubei. Once they managed to get to the village via a secret passage, the trio split, with Tora going to visit Totokaka and Taokaka in the former's hut. Remaining at the home with the elder and Ragna the Bloodedge, she took notice of Litchi Faye-Ling struggling to refrain from the allure of the Azure Grimoire, assigning her a brief warning about it.
As Tao was instructed to leave the village in order to hone her skills, Tora looked after the village, returning to her position as its guardian for the following month.
Chrono Phantasma
Tora found herself leaving the position of guardian to Momokaka, opting to travel to Ikaruga to find Tao and Ragna under Jubei’s request. She found them near the first Kaka village, and began to educate her successor on the area, and its founder – Lord Munefuyu. Thanks to Tao’s senses, the two of them managed to reunite with Rachel and Ragna, but not before the latter was brutally beaten by Izanami. After reacquainting herself with the group, Tora directed them to the Kaka Hot Springs for treatment of Ragna’s wounds.
Central Fiction
Although it is unclear if she became one of the chosen or if she was simply an illusion, Tora was present inside the Embryo during the events of BlazBlue: Central Fiction. She found Tao deep in the Embryo and praised how strong she had become, although she issued her a warning over the strength of Izanami.
She was last seen in the new world created by Ragna, greeting Tao once she had arrived back to the village from her journeys.

Torakaka (トラカカ) is a Kaka warrior who was the former guardian of the Kaka Village. She is an accomplished warrior and traveller, being unique amongst her species for her incredible intelligence.

She first appeared in BlazBlue: Continuum Shift.

Appearance

Like all Kaka, Tora is of a dark complexion which is usually hidden underneath her unique Kaka hoodie. Unlike Taokaka, Tora’s hoodie is primarily black with golden lining, and has a dark blue zipper, but the two remain identical in physical design. Unique to Tora is her unruly orange hair which is loosely tied into two different tails via blue bands, and her tiger-striped tail.

Like all others of her species, Tora’s face is hidden underneath the shade of her hood, with only her blood red eyes and bright smile illuminating the darkness that they rest in. Tora is of a noticeably darker complexion than the other Kaka of her species.

Personality

As a mentor to Taokaka, Tora is understandably patient, but also surprisingly reserved, only speaking when need be. She is also kind enough to bring around gifts for the Alucard Clan, is obedient to Jubei’s orders, all while her grace and manner also makes her one of the select few who have failed to earn Rachel Alucard’s scorn and sharp tongue.

Powers and Techniques

As a former guardian of the Kaka clan, Tora has considerable strength although it has yet to be seen thus far. Besides this, Tora is agile enough to evade Tager’s detection for a short amount of time, which is an accomplishment in itself.

Library Entry

Torakaka

A warrior of the Kaka Clan. Rare for her breed, she's extremely smart and resourceful -- in charge of protecting the village before Taokaka.

That is, until Taokaka herself decides to go on a journey, leaving Torakaka in charge, once more, of the village. [2]
