Information
Created by Kajun Faycott and Kokonoe, Outseal was specially designed for Mai and given to her during her first fight against Meifang Lapislazuli. Despite being one of the original Legacy Weapons and being closer to a replica, it is still as strong as one of them and is on the same level as a Nox Nyctores. It is unique in that it has Immortal Breaker properties, meaning it can both damage and kill immortals such as Fuzzy, making it similar to the Zero-Type Izayoi.
When being used, it dulls its users pain and teaches them how to use it when fighting. [1] When thrown, its direction can change, homing in on its target with seemingly no change in the force it was thrown with. The spear is practically unbreakable, shattering the skull of a Bone Dragon.
It's unknown what the price for wielding Outseal is, but without a limiter, it can send its user berserk, attacking both friend and foe. The soul of Bell currently resides within the spear, acting as its limiter. [2]

Etymology
The character for Gallia is 朱 shu, "vermillion" or "crimson." 弾 tama for Sphyras is an alternate character for 玉 tama, "sphere," and alone can also mean "bullet," hence its alternate localization of "Crimson Bullet: Outseal." Gallia itself may refer to the Latin name for Gaul, or to the element gallium, a pale blue metal,[3] while Sphyras is most likely a misspelling of Latin sphera or sphaera for "sphere."[4]
