Orient Town is a district in the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi, being the 19th Area.
Information
The district is large and appropriately themed after the Orient. Litchi Faye-Ling runs the local clinic in this area alongside her student, Linhua. Outside the clinic is the Town's plaza, which is lined with bright signs of traditional Chinese restaurants, as well as shops selling wares including sweets, teas, and patterned china plates [1]. Many alleyways, their walls plastered with wanted posters, lead out of the plaza itself.[2]
Within this district, Litchi is famous for not only her profession as a doctor, but also for being undefeated by any resident in mahjong, which has earned her the nickname "Mahjong Empress". [3]
Every year, the district puts a lot of preparation into its New Year celebration, during which many stands sell all kinds of things and many varieties of food. This tradition is shared with its neighboring district, Roningai. [4]
