The Mucro Somnio: Musashi is the fifth Nox Nyctores and is comprised of two short swords. Jubei has been its only wielder.
Information
Made by Nine the Phantom during the Dark War to combat the Black Beast, Musashi was specially designed with Jubei in mind. After the Dark War ended, the Nox had its core removed by Nine herself, and remained in Jubei's possession. The blades can cut through anything, even things that cannot be cut - one example would be magnetic fields or even magic. Musashi's powers are not just limited to cutting space, but also shifting it, as the entrance to the First District had the space around its entrance shifted so it was impenetrable without a special key. When not being used, both swords are stored in one sheath, both on either end. Jubei wields the swords with his paws, tails, and mouth. Physically, the swords have white handles and brown pommels, with large tan guards near the hilt. The blades themselves are short and slightly curved. The sheath for both blades is a bright red and is held onto Jubei with a brown strap.

Etymology
"Mucro" means "Sharp Point" in Latin, while "Somnio" means "Dream". "Musashi" is likely in reference to the historical samurai Miyamoto Musashi who was legendary for his martial prowess. Literally, Mucro Somnio: Musashi can be translated as "Sharp Pointing Dreams: Musashi"

- Musashi is the only Nox Nyctores created during the Dark War that has never exchanged hands, having always remained in Jubei's possession.
