The Origin was the first Eye of the Azure, serving as the Master Unit's eyes in the real world, being granted immense Observational power in return.[1]
Noel Vermillion/Mu-12 was recognized as the Successor by the Master Unit in BlazBlue: Continuum Shift.
In BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma, Nu-13 partially synchronized with Noel's status as the Eye of the Azure.[2] Both Amaterasu and the Nemesis Horizon recognized Nu as the Successor of the Azure, as a result of this recent synchronization.[3]
