Soul Eater is a unique Drive that has the ability to absorb the souls of its victims.

Information

Some time prior to the Dark War, the Soul Eater Drive was parasitic, latching onto different humans across the world. Clavis Alucard dedicated much of his time to taking out the wielder's, and it eventually found itself into the possession of Saya Terumi who wiped out the entire Terumi branch family of the Amanohokosaka clan. The Drive was inactive as she was bound for years by Mei Amanohokosaka and other members of the clan until she escaped. [1] Ragna the Bloodedge gained this Drive when he began to use the Azure Grimoire. Using it inside the Embryo, he took the dreams of the chosen, eventually creating a new world with those gathered dreams. [2]

Soul Eater, as the name implies, devours the souls of those around it, using them to heal its wielder and strengthen their life-force. [3] It has difficulty regenerating wounds caused by Nox Nyctores weapons, especially the Deus Machina: Nirvana because of its claws that are made out of Kushinada's Lynchpin.
