The Successor of the Azure (青の継承者あおのけいしょうしゃ) is one who inherits the Azure. The Successor is granted the Eye of the Azure, and is able to locate the Master Unit inside of the depths of the Boundary. Noel Vermillion was recognized as the Successor by the Master Unit in BlazBlue: Continuum Shift.

The One who inherits the true Azure. One could say they are a perfected Prime Field Device.

Noel awoke this power in the story of Continuum Shift. Using the Eye of Azure, she is the only being capable of locating the Amaterasu Unit within the infinite reaches of the Boundary.^[1]
