Goro Joizumi, code name Screaming Joe, is a Union who appears in XBlaze Code: Embryo. He is a minor bureaucrat who developed a crystal while during a check-up and attacked his physician.
Appearance

Personality
Having already reached Phase Four as a Union, not much is known about his personality. He tried to warn Touya Kagari to stay away from him, but then becomes blinded by madness and assumes Touya is an enemy.
Biography
Code: Embryo
He appears wandering the Restricted Ward at night. When Touya arrives, Goro tries to tell him to stay away from him. However, since his Crystal has already reached Phase Four, he succumbs to madness and sees Touya as an enemy, attacking Touya with his Drive. Before he can kill Touya, Es arrives and brutally attacks him. Before Es can kill him Touya intervenes but gets knocked out by Es. Es then subdues Goro before handing him over to a Mitsurugi Agency recovery team. [1]

As a Union, he possesses the Drive Screaming Jaw, which allows him to create destructive sound waves with his voice.
