- Plié Rivière - River Plié wherein a plié is a type of ballerina squat.
- Blanche Neige Souffle - Breath of Snow White. Ballet adaptations of Snow White are very popular.
- Etoile Tutu - Starry Tutu. A tutu is a type of skirt ballerinas wear.
- Croisé Effacé - Croisé is a position where the ballerina appears to cross her legs while pointing her toes when viewed from the front. Effacé is the opposite of this, where from the front the ballerina's legs appear to be open.
