Development
BlazBlue: Chaos Effect has been in development since 2019[1] and was officially announced on May 2022 by 91Act on TapTap. A closed technical test[2] was conducted between July 19-22 2022, after which players could provide feedback[3] to the developers on TapTap. A second, open technical test was held between January 13-16 2023[4].
