Strategy
Nu is a long range specialist, and the majority of her attacks are projectiles. She has plenty of options to keep the opponent from getting close, allowing you to fight at your own pace from a distance.
At mid-long range, use various D attacks to keep the opponent away. Use Standing D against an opponent on the ground, and Crouching D or → + D against one in the air to control space.
