Profile Description
Nicknamed "The Hero of Ikaruga", he's the Division Commander of the NOL. Cold and collected, and with incredible combat prowess, he's a one-of-a-kind commander on the battlefield. He's the heir to the headship of the Kisaragi family of the Duodceim. The Nox Nyctores he wields, Mucro Algesco: Yukianesa, can freeze anything that stands in his way.
