A template standardizing quotes and streamlining them.

Usage

|rowspan=rowspan of the table row. Use 0 for repeat situations. The default rowspan is 1.
|situation=description of the line's trigger, the move name, etc.
|text=
|audio=filename.ogg,file2.ogg,file3.ogg,file4.ogg (no spaces necessary)
|lang=language code (en or ja)
