They doubled as both a research facility and a library that collected weaponry, foundations on magic, and information concerning Ars Magus. The earliest known official movement of the OLN was after the first successful battle against the Black Beast. Uniform
The uniform of the OLN consists of white and blue, similar to the modern NOL colours. It is only described as uniform-like from Celica's perspective.
