Kokonoe
A feline beastkin born between two of the Six Heroes, Jubei and Nine. She’s currently the lead scientist at Sector Seven, and she is a genius.
Kokonoe created Tager and is the professor of both Litchi and Arakune. Her knowledge and understanding of the world is unprecedented, and she was the first non-Observer to realize the loop in the world.
She is level-headed and calm, unless her buttons are pushed. Then be prepared for the wrath of the heavens itself. After salvaging Hakumen, she secretly assigned Tager to keep a watchful eye on Hakumen’s actions.
To fulfill her ultimate goal, destroying Yuuki Terumi, she works day in and day out, continuously researching. Currently, she has made a pact with Kagura to further expand her resources.[1]
