The Ikaruga Federation (イカルガ連邦 Ikaruga Renpo) was a federation of six Hierarchical Cities in the Ikaruga Region centered around the 5th Hierarchical City of Ibukido that declared independence from the Novus Orbis Librarium. This declaration of independence was not acknowledged by the NOL, leading to the Second War of Ars Magus, the Ikaruga Civil War. The civil war ended with the complete suppression of the Ikaruga Federation by the NOL.[1]
