Information

Created by Nine the Phantom during the Dark War in order to combat the Black Beast. This Nox was made with Terumi in mind, who was under the control of Nine through the Mind Eater. Terumi and his vessel, Kazuma, would swap control of their bodies and control of Ouroboros. A version of this Nox appeared outside of the cauldron inside the Magister's City of Ishana, and Terumi used it to murder Tomonori. [1] It is unknown what happened to this version of Ouroboros. Terumi later used Ouroboros to defeat Nine and Trinity Glassfille, throwing them into the Boundary - he soon suffered this same fate and Ouroboros was sent to rest into the Boundary alongside its master. When Terumi was freed from the Boundary by the Takamagahara System, Ouroboros was still with him, and soon saw use with his next vessel - Hazama. Ouroboros was last used by Terumi against Ragna the Bloodedge in their final fight for the Azure - Terumi lost and the Nox is currently lost within the deepest parts of the Boundary.

Like the other Nox's, Ouroboros has the power to affect the mental state of its wielder, although this has yet to be shown. It also still retains its original core that was made from half of Gigant: Take-Mikazuchi's. Ouroboros had the primary power of being able to affect a victim's emotions. [2] It is possible that these emotions that are stirred can also be memories. [3] It also functions as a powerful melee weapon, being to ensnare, bite, and break opponents with its strong chains; not even Iron Tager can break out of Ouroboros' snare. [4] Terumi modified Ouroboros' head with the Hihiirokane in order to destroy the soul of Hakumen, giving the Nox the properties needed to attack the souls of its victims. [5]

The Ouroboros takes the form of a long black chain with green highlights - its head is in the shape of a snake's and its jaw can move to bite opponents. Its tail is a sharp, jagged blade with various cracks across it.
