Rei has put on the wondrous magical item, the Spectacles of Eros—developed by the gifted researcher Kokonoe—which make the wearer instantly popular. However, unless certain criteria are met, they can't be taken off! That criteria happens to be when a large enough amount of "magical love power" has been accumulated. Making hearts throb left and right, male and female, young and old, Rei begins the search for true love.... The curtain lifts on a tale of burning passion!

This time, the quests are split into two routes! Upon clearing a quest, Love Sparkles will drop. After completing either the mens' route or the women's route, quests with a chance at P$ and character pieces will become available.
