It is owned by [[Mai Natsume]].

==Information==
Created by [[Kajun Faycott]] and [[Kokonoe]], Outseal was specially designed for Mai and given to her during her first fight against [[Meifang Lapislazuli]]. Despite being one of the original Legacy Weapons and being closer to a replica, it is still as strong as one of them and is on the same level as a [[Nox Nyctores]]. It is unique in that it has Immortal Breaker properties, meaning it can both damage and kill immortals such as [[Fuzzy]], making it similar to the [[Zero-Type Izayoi]].

When being used, it dulls its users pain and teaches them how to use it when fighting. <ref>''BlazBlue: Variable Heart, Chapter 2''</ref> When thrown, its direction can change, homing in on its target with seemingly no change in the force it was thrown with. The spear is practically unbreakable, shattering the skull of a [[Bone Dragon]].

The character for ''Gallia'' is 朱 ''shu'', "vermillion" or "crimson." 弾 ''tama'' for ''Sphyras'' is an alternate character for 玉 ''tama'', "sphere," and alone can also mean "bullet," hence its alternate localization of "Crimson Bullet: Outseal."
