Francis and Rosenne are the uncle and aunt of Carl Clover and Ada Clover. They are only seen in the short story Puppeteers.
Personality
Francis is seen as stoic and reserved. He is quick to understand a situation despite its apparent complexity, and stands as a voice of reason. Rosenne is far more easy to startle - although this is understandable given the situation she found herself dealing with.
Trivia
- It is not stated which of the couple is the sibling of Ignis Clover. Neither can be the sibling of Relius Clover as he was born prior to 2100.
- It is likely that neither Francis nor Rosenne are aware of Ignis' condition.
