The Watcher is one of the first bosses you can encounter in Stage 1. His arena takes place atop a skyscraper in the middle of the night. In the background of the arena are several small TVs strewn across the ground, with 5 large TVs attached to a radio tower that display a "No Signal" prompt until the Watcher appears. Once he appears, the large TVs display "AMS" with scrolling text that reads "Ace Masters Series", suggesting that this fight might be being streamed to an audience. Along the ground are 6 vents that periodically release flames that damage you once he becomes enraged. Despite one of the first bosses you encounter, he can provide a significant challenge due to the lack of movement Potentials available by the time you reach him. Triple Dash and/or Triple Jump are highly recommended by this point. | |||
